About these terms

These terms apply to stays at Cabana Leve, booked through this website. The legal name and address of the business will be added here.

Requesting a stay

You choose your dates and send a request to book. When you send it, your card is authorised for the total (held, not charged).

We reply within 24 hours. If we accept, your card is charged and your stay is confirmed by email. If we decline, or don't reply in time, the hold is cancelled and you are not charged. Your bank may show a pending amount for a few days.

Prices

Prices are in euros and include breakfast, daily housekeeping, bed linen and towels, beach towels and loungers, and airport pick-up and drop-off on Príncipe. There is no cleaning fee. The price shown when you request is the price you pay.

Minimum stay and guests

The minimum stay is 3 nights. Cabana Leve is for up to 2 guests.

Cancellation

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you get a full refund.

If you cancel between 30 and 14 days before arrival, you get a 50% refund.

If you cancel less than 14 days before arrival, there is no refund.

Arrival and departure

Check-in and check-out are flexible and arranged with you around your flights.

Extras

Extras such as transfers around the island, meals, boat trips and guided walks are arranged after confirmation and paid separately.
