What we collect

When you request a stay: your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, country of residence, estimated arrival, your message and the extras you're interested in.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Why we use it

To answer your request, arrange your stay and your airport pick-up, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run bookings: our payment provider, our email provider and our website host. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting; the rest is deleted when it's no longer needed.

Cookies

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. The site remembers your language choice so it can show you the right version.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to cabanasinprincipe@gmail.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
