Only when we confirm your stay. Until then the amount is held. Your bank may show it as pending; if we can't accept your request, it disappears.
Full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, 50% up to 14 days before arrival, and no refund after that.
Yes. We meet you at the airport on Príncipe and take you back at the end of your stay.
